Case former for hand-made 3-inch fireworks with threaded handle, featuring a vent hole through both the barrel and handle for easy case removal. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice 13860 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 15 Notes: If your printer is slightly sloppy, threads may be too tight. Decrease male thread size or change to plug. Using slicer increased infill to 50% around threaded parts made object much stronger. Printed with PLA material. Object can likely print at lower resolution and still turn out fine. This case former is not meant to replace traditional wood formers built on a lathe, but it's a cheap and easy way to get started. Post-Printing: You may need to lightly sand barrel to get paper case off smoothly. Smoothness of print will determine required effort.
