Here's an alternative plug design for the oval air conditioning hole in the firewall on early model Mustangs. It was specifically created for a '67 coupe, but its versatility suggests it could be suitable for earlier models as well. The original attempt used PLA material, which proved too inflexible, but switching to Nylon-230 yielded excellent results.
