My kid's all about that Fireman Sam animated show, and his top picks are two fire trucks, so I decided to build him a fire station inspired by the one in the series. It's not meant to be an exact replica, just something that captures the spirit of the show. The design is set up for those cheap solar-powered LED lights that are perfect for gardens - they're about 47mm in diameter (that's the inner plastic housing you see). I've also included square holders if you want to break down the garden lights and make them look neater, but I had to rush this build so I kept things simple by just adding them to the roof. You can use pre-assembled STL files for the solar holders/boxes and roofs. The roof parts are connected with a 1mm thick piece of plastic, making it easy to snap them apart after printing. Printing was pretty straightforward - I used Slic3r Prusa Edition's fast profile, which means 0.35mm layer height. It turned out alright, but there are some rough spots on the surface. You can definitely go for a finer resolution if you want, but in my opinion, anything below 0.25mm is just a waste of time. Use low infill - 5-10% for the walls and 15% for the base plate.
