The main board comes with the Ekko front style. (More styles to come) This is not the completed prop just the files and instructions needed to make one yourself. This includes STLs and Pepakura pattern files. This prop was made with a mix of 3D printed parts and High-Density Foam attached to PVC pipe frame. ● When completed this board is at most 4feet 9inches / 145cm in length and weighs approximately 11-12 pounds. ● This board consists of 7 sections centered around the middle of two PVC pipes. And is mostly made of 3D printed parts and HD Foam. ● I did my best to make each section independent and replaceable if one is severely damaged. ● When fully constructed, each side of the board center to the middle section can extend/retract around 65mm. ● The fan blades also spin on both sides using a fixed shaft and ball bearings. ● All of the printed parts are designed to fit on a 200x200x200 mm print bed. ● Includes some optional parts if you bed size is larger. ● I am only giving instructions on how to put together the 3D printed and foam parts. ● LED lighting, painting, and how to wear the prop is up to you, although some suggestions are given. ● This model might be updated in the future as I plan to add different head section styles. Required Self Sourced Parts 1. High Density Foam (10mm, 4mm, 2mm) 1a. 5~6mm Optional (4mm and 2mm sheets can be glued together) 2. 2x 1/2" PVC Pipes 105cm long SCH40 3. 5mm (3/16) and 8mm (5/16) wooden rods.
