Update 2016-04-29 My first attempt to fly in Acro+ Mode https://youtu.be/WdnvJmBObfA Update 2016-03-30 Maiden, outdoor, flight test. It flies good. I'm impressed. Also added 15 degrees, fixed angle, camera mount plate and a long boring video. https://youtu.be/9o7C3UJXRPA Update 2016-03-25 Added 10 degrees, fixed angle, camera mount plate. Few pictures with and without it. Update 2016-02-20 Flight camera stand, on the lower plate, moved 5mm more to the center of the frame. XT60 holder and battery tray on the top plate. Also reduced hole for the flight camera. Wider battery strap holes and some other small changes. Flight camera case made thinner with rounded edges and some gaps reduced. Front and side panels with vent holes. 5 Recording camera plate You need four 30mm bolts if you will be using printed standoffs and 25mm enough for aluminum for it and four aluminum nylon or printed 35mm standoffs. In the beginning I just wanted to slightly modify the frame to fit my big old ESC and even bigger but perfectly working 38x38mm board camera. ESC cover imports into Sketchup with a lot of holes in the mesh. So I decided to design my own arms with motor guards. After arms for big ESC and all the rest was printed, in the installation process one ESC makes the magic smoke and died. I have to redesign the arms for DYS SN20 ESC. Anyway both designs are included. List of changes. Frame: Longer lower plate to fit camera case holder. Holes in the lower top plate and side panels made to take M3 bolts. Side panels and arms made 1mm lower to use M3x25 bolts. Added hole for CC3D controller cable input. Redesigned top plate to fit camera case and XT60 connector. Arms made for better ESC cooling and with motor guards. Camera case: Made wide inside my board camera didn't fit in original design. Backplate with M2 bolts recessed inside. Added holes inside the front case for m2 bolts. Some other minor changes. Motor skids made to take M3x10 bolts 4.5mm in the skid + 4mm arm and 1.5mm goes in the motor. I flown it indoor a little. Visually it's very stable but there is some vibrations in the camera view. I think it's because there is no front bumper which will bound lower and top plate in front. !!!Update: It just was unfixed camera lens!!! Things to do when I have a time: Tuning and flying. If you break something you can replace this part easily without soldering If you like my work if you want to see new designs you can donate any amount for filament. Print Settings Supports: Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20-30 Notes: I print it with 10mm skirt and honeycomb infill. Cura Engine makes the motor guards on the arms very brittle. So I used Slic3r for arms. Not so accurate on the holes but arms and guards are very solid.
