This is an add-on designed specifically for the FireFly Nano QuadCopter, featuring 8.5mm Motors http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1132741. It can be easily printed in Ninja Flex to accommodate a 6mm motor on the 8.5mm frame, providing essential motor protection, shock absorption, and a safer landing system for your mini quad copter. Thorough testing has been conducted with salvage parts from a Blade Nano QX (4in1, motors, props, batteries). There are three distinct designs available, two of which are tailored for the 6mm motors - one low profile design that's not recommended unless you never plan to crash, and a higher profile motor mount that offers excellent security and protection. The third design is specifically created for the 8.5mm motor that the frame was initially designed to hold.
