The Firebird in Russian mythology is a supreme symbol of resurrection, outshining all others with its power and significance. In the Western world, it mirrors the Phoenix bird's rebirth from ashes, a cycle repeated endlessly. Capturing the Firebird is often the ultimate goal of a fairy tale hero, but achieving this feat is fraught with numerous challenges and obstacles that must be overcome. The one-act ballet "The Firebird" by Igor Stravinsky premiered on June 25, 1910, at the Grand Opera in Paris, captivating audiences with its beauty and artistry. This sculpture stands tall at a height of 312 mm, a testament to its grandeur and presence. The intricate design consists of three main components: a female figure, a male figure, and a base, all expertly crafted to showcase their individual characteristics. To ensure the stability and strength of the sculpture, two steel wire pins with a diameter of 1 mm are carefully inserted into the joint of the male and female figures. Additionally, a curved steel wire pin with a diameter of 2 mm is placed in the joint of the male figure and the base, providing added support and security.
