Firebay Ultimate Spool Holder - FUSH

I created this spool holder, Firebay Ultimate Spool Holder, as a complete redesign of TUSH in Fusion360, but it's heavily inspired by the original design. I used similar designs for cable rolls with thin spool edges, which often caused problems when using TUSH because the roll edge would get stuck between the bearing and the body. To solve this issue, I designed Firebay Ultimate Spool Holder to create a recess for the bearing, preventing jamming from occurring. Additionally, I found it necessary to frequently glue the two parts of TUSH together to ensure they fit tightly. To address this problem, I included a locking mechanism in the design of Firebay Ultimate Spool Holder. To assemble the holder, you'll need four regular 608 bearings and will want to print two copies of each part. Simply push the pieces together with the bearing in between. For maximum rigidity, it's recommended that you print with 100% infill. The STEP file is also included for remixing purposes.
