Redesign of earlier MG90 servo mount integrated seamlessly into Firebay Peanut Fanduct remix utilizing 5015 blower fans, located at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2851423. The entire design is now capable of printing without supports, although minor cleanup may be necessary to ensure a smooth and clean channel for the switch mounting arm. Please refer to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2744300 for BOM and firmware details, particularly microswitch and servo specifications. This design caters specifically to MG90 servos, which offer exceptional accuracy at an affordable price, surpassing SG90 performance. The microswitch is carefully selected for its extremely low operating force, a crucial factor when pressing down on a print bed. Do not inquire about substituting switches; the arm can be easily redesigned to accommodate any switch size, but using other switches will significantly compromise accuracy. Print the gear at the highest resolution your printer allows (0.12 is optimal) and use 0.3 extrusion width for clean and strong spokes. Use 100% infill for both gear and arm, while maintaining 20% infill for the main mount. Print the main mount with a flat back.
