I designed a fire truck toy and printed it for my son. It's based on my newer truck platform, which you can find here: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/games-toys/toys/fire-truck-with-ladder. The assembly video is available at https://youtu.be/EwvFrpBn-Vw. You can also check out my other toy models on CGTrader at https://www.cgtrader.com/sasha19md, and watch the assembly videos here: https://youtu.be/TJCMTOk385A, https://youtu.be/Wgg-yqhQkSw, https://youtu.be/RoyjeXNYWdg, https://youtu.be/0nlt57LlyOc, https://youtu.be/vKf4fwXmXI4, https://youtu.be/3McyKZAeLAM, https://youtu.be/IdtFxOJIjbE. To print this toy, you'll need a machine that can handle tolerances of 0.3-0.4 mm. If your machine doesn't meet these requirements, the parts won't fit together properly and the ladder pieces may stick to each other. Here's the print list: * 2x - die_connection_69p6mm_r6p7.stl (blue, III, no support) * 1x - front_grill.stl (black, I, turn 90 deg over Y, no support) * 1x - back_top.stl (yellow, I, as it is, no support) * 1x - back_grill_lights.stl (red, I, turn 90 deg over Y, no support) * 1x - ladder_axle_72mm_r5p5.stl (white, I, as it is, no support) * 2x - front_light.stl (blue, II, turn 90 deg over Y, no support) Update: I've added a "ladder_lock" that can be screwed with 2 of the 4 blue "light screws" on the cabin. This allows my son and customers to move the truck around more easily. Update 31.03.2019: I made some adjustments to the long/big parts so they can be printed on smaller beds (20x20cm). I split the side parts in two and connected them with two small screws. Don't print the original "side_left.stl" and "side_right.stl", but instead print these four new parts: * 4x - screw_small_l12mm.stl (any, IIII, as it is, no support) * 1x - side_left_back.stl (white, I, turn 90 deg over X, with support) * 1x - side_right_back.stl (white, I, turn 90 deg over X, with support) I also cut the ladder to be shorter (220mm) so it can fit on a 20x20cm bed. Don't print the original "ladder_in_out.stl", but instead print this new part: * 1X - ladder_short_220mm.stl (white, I, upside down, with support) Update 11.04.2020: I added screw holes for lights to the cabin (cabin_with_holes_for_lights.stl). The thread is the same as the other printed screws. You can use the "back_light.stl" and "back_light_with_flat_cut.stl" parts for this.
