Fire Tablet 10 F-150 Mount

This is a mount for my 2010 F-150 without the navigation screen. It fits snugly into the slot where the radio screen sits, requiring no extra attachments to hold it in place. I printed this design on an Ender 3 and split it into two parts, but I also have the single piece available if you have a larger printer. I've updated the design slightly to add more strength. With my first PLA model, I successfully bonded the two pieces together and they hold securely, although they do show some minor warping. The tablet fits perfectly in its new home and remains firmly in place due to the lip that it wedges into, making it ideal for road and light off-road use. I've put this mount through a series of tests, including driving up steep roads and experiencing hard accelerations. It performed flawlessly, showing no signs of movement or instability. However, if you plan on using your truck for extreme off-roading, I recommend securing the tablet with adhesive or magnets as originally planned. I'd consider this design a success, but I'll continue to test it further. In warm weather, the PLA may deform slightly, so I plan on reprinting it in PETG or ABS for added durability.
