Human: Fire Station No 4 is part of a set of buildings that I have carefully crafted as the urban centerpiece for my N-Scale model railroad. The set comprises five buildings on the east side of Osborne Street Village, located in Winnipeg, Canada - my hometown. And this fire station proudly stands alongside them within the Village. The Village exudes an artsy atmosphere and boasts some of the city's most exceptional live music dive bars and watering holes, along with a plethora of restaurants that seem endless. Along the main strip, you'll discover stylish shopping boutiques, bohemian jewelry stores, cooking supply shops, a record store featuring an impressive vinyl collection, yoga studios, and a gem of a theatre renowned for its comedy. In 2012, the Canadian Institute of Planners aptly named it Canada's Greatest Neighbourhood - a distinction well-deserved. Fire Station No 4 is situated just south of the other five buildings in this set, which occupy the east side of Osborne Street between River Avenue and Stradbrook. The fire station itself resides on the south-east corner of Osborne Street and Stradbrook.
