My son (2.5 years), who is a really big fan of firefighters, wanted to do one helmet for his favorite plush bear, so now he can play on firefighters with him :-) Helmet is prepared for 94mm round head and can be scaled for every other plush toy with rounded head :-) The bottom part is smaller, because the ball used for cut is offsetted upper so the helm shouldn't fall by self. (like in section_analysis_1-2 photo) Nozzle 220 / 60 with tree support and brim for better stick if you will use other materials - or you just can import my settings .3mf to your cura slicer.
