I'm crafting this custom cosplay prop specifically for a Fire Force group. The design centers around a 1/4 inch thick acrylic sheet, meticulously cut to match the dimensions of the sword's STL file - I've decided against adding a pointed tip at the end. To bring it to life, LED strips will be diffused within the acrylic sword, powered by three high-capacity "18650" batteries discreetly housed in the handle. A charging port and switch have been thoughtfully integrated into the side of the handle for easy access and control over the battery power.
