An antiquated, corroded fire escape serves as a versatile prop. It utilizes 1708-2626 triangles and two materials. The base, middle, and top prefab versions can be stacked to construct fire escapes of varying heights, from just two floors upwards. The ladder on the base prefab is also a separate object for animation purposes. This prop comes with 3DS, FBX, and OBJ model files, as well as diffuse maps and normal maps, all preloaded onto materials and prefabs, making it instantly compatible with any scene.
