Fire Emblem Echoes Alm's Falchion

Please don't forget to upload your prints since they really help me get exposure of this design out there! This has been my biggest printing project ever and I'm super proud of how it turned out. I searched everywhere for the Gaiden/Echoes version of Falchion but couldn't find it, so I designed it myself! The files are all prepared and optimized for a 200x200x180 build plate and I've even solved some issues with assembly. If you have a different-sized build plate, don't worry - I included an STL file with the whole blade that you can slice up to fit your needs. And if you need any help, just give me a shout! To print everything vertically except the hilt, which was tricky to get right without supports getting in the way. To achieve this finish, I had to sand down the whole thing, prime it, sand it, prime it again and sand it one more time before painting. It took some time but it was totally worth it! The design itself was made in Fusion 360 using a bunch of artworks from the game as well as Fire Emblem Heroes. I really recommend using three metal rods of 6mm diameter for structural support and weight - it makes this prop feel so much more real when you hold it in your hands! Now, go out there and fight Duma with this epic dragon-slaying blade!
