One of my players chose a Firbolg, so I saw it as the perfect opportunity to create a larger-sized mini! This one stands about 25% bigger than my usual models, yet still fits snugly on the same 28mm base. As a Firbolg, it boasts relatively pronounced features, making this a challenging task to reskin for alternative races. But I always hope you guys have fun with it! My grey PLA is starting to show its age, so apologies for the unreliable extrusion and significant stringing in the primary image. 28Chibi is a brand-new generation of minis designed to print flat on the bed. Inspired by DutchMogul's DungeonDolls and GrumpyRobot's FlatMinis, these new models are a game-changer! These exciting new minis come with several benefits: - They print quickly and reliably on both high-end and low-end printers alike. - They're sized perfectly for 28mm games like D&D, Pathfinder, Shadowrun, Star Wars: Edge of the Empire, etc. - Storage is space-efficient and safe due to their flat-pack & peg-and-hole base design (The peg is 2x2mm; if you don't like the included base, adding a slightly larger hole to your preferred base is a quick modification.) - The hands are designed for modular equipment, and should also generally accept objects created in the FlatMini style. The detail steps up in increments of 0.6mm, allowing for various different layer heights to still print these minis crisply.
