I just ordered a MakerBot, so I'm waiting for it to arrive before building this project. However, please don't try creating it yet as it's still an idea. The unique paintball design isn't compatible with regular hoppers and must be positioned correctly for firing. It can be shot through the barrel (not recommended due to potential accidental discharge) or inserted in the breach if shortened. Look forward to paint ball magazines and possibly an open-source paintball gun in the future. The paintball is made of biodegradable PLA plastic with a brittle shell, and non-toxic paint should be injected through the tail end.
