Finn's Golden Sword (Sturdy)

This is my enhanced version of Finn's Golden Sword, designed to be even more robust than others I've seen. The entire sword can be reinforced with three wooden rods commonly found at craft stores, which provides added durability and peace of mind. The idea behind this design was that the rods would break before the printed parts, making it easier and cheaper to replace them if needed. To assemble this enhanced version, you will need: - 2 wooden rods with a diameter of around 4mm (5/32') and a length of at least 27' - 1 wooden rod with a diameter of approximately 8mm (3/8') and a length of at least 27' The holes for the wooden rods are intentionally oversized by 0.1mm, allowing you to fine-tune their fit using tape. When it comes to the hilt, I opted for a two-part design, securing the parts together with large heat shrink tubing. Alternatively, you can wrap the hilt with cloth or glue the two parts together for added stability. Assemble your Finn's Golden Sword as desired, and rest assured that it will withstand regular use without breaking easily. In my case, I didn't use any glue during assembly, yet the sword proved sturdy enough to swing freely and remains strong enough to handle rough handling.
