thingiverse
Hello everyone! We created this fingertips mold to speed up production using silicone rubber. It works perfectly with the fingers of the UnLimbited arm. We designed two sizes for adults and children aged 10. The fusion 360 files are also included if you want to make modifications. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerGear Printer: MakerGear M2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 15 Post-Printing Steps to use it First, the mold has three pieces: two block sides and a finger. The finger is the last piece to add. Apply a fine layer of spray silicone as an unmolding tool over the two blocks and finger. Secure the blocks with tape for extra precaution. Prepare the mix of silicone rubber, enough for half of the block's volume. Mix it well to avoid bubbles. Pour the silicone into the mold, filling it only halfway. Place the final piece: the finger. As you add it, the silicone rises to the top, and secure it with joints at the corners. Let it dry and carefully remove the mold to prevent damage. Custom Section
