A compact device for enhancing finger muscle strength and maintaining left/right balance is available. This device consists of four printed parts and a metal spring. The spring can be easily purchased at hardware stores. Please refer to the diagram for specific dimensions. Recommended users include athletes, musicians, individuals in rehabilitation, and others who require enhanced finger strength. To use this device effectively, simply squeeze it for five seconds before releasing it for another five seconds. This exercise should be repeated five times for each finger. The following files are provided: 1. Cylinder, piston.stl 2. Upper cap.stl 3. Piston hole filler.stl 4. Upper cap hole filler.stl A Cubicon Style printer is recommended for printing this device. The material used is PLA natural. The printing settings are as follows: layer height of 0.2 mm, wall thickness of 1.2 mm, infill percentage of 20%, support required, and no raft or brim needed.
