This compact device consists of four printed parts and a metal spring that can be easily purchased at local hardware stores. The diagram provided outlines the required spring dimensions. Recommended users include athletes, musicians, and individuals undergoing rehabilitation. To exercise with this device, squeeze for five seconds before releasing for another five seconds.
