Print in low resolution. Leave out rafting and supports altogether. Go for 0% infill on this one. We're working with PLA filament here. After printing, submerge the part in hot water until it's soft as can be. Next, wrap your finger snugly with some cotton. Now, place the part around your finger and wait patiently until it reaches a solid phase. Just remember to handle things carefully - no burns allowed, and if you experience any discomfort, seek medical attention right away.
