Finger Splint / Finger Protector
thingiverse
Last week, I almost severed my fingertip using tin snips but managed to leave about 20% attached. Thankfully, I didn't require stitches nor medical intervention. To aid in healing without further injury, I designed and printed a custom finger splint. As I have small hands, you might need to adjust the size according to your needs. While I hope no one requires this, I am glad to offer it as an option for those who do. To use, print solid with no support, slide onto your finger, and secure in place with tape. If any signs of infection occur (purple or green hues, oozing), seek medical attention immediately.
