Finger Guard for modern plastic frame windows and doors

Because of the Child Lock feature, my toddler is stuck at home all day. As a result, the likelihood of them pinching their fingers on the balcony door increases exponentially. I'm not relying on commercial or Thingiverse models to keep them safe; instead, I've taken matters into my own hands and designed one myself. To make this guard customizable, I utilized FreeCAD. However, the experience was far from smooth - either I'm still learning the ropes or version 18 of the software is particularly finicky. Despite some quirks in the design, it works as intended. For now, this model is specifically tailored for "DinR" (a hinge that's always in view). You can easily adjust the extrusion direction to suit your needs. I'm planning to upload a "DinL" version soon.
