Designed a replacement AM gain control for my Sangean ATS-909 radio, since the original knob had gone missing. To bring it to working order, a few steps were necessary: I started by manufacturing a duplicate AM gain control. It involved a fair amount of precision work. To perfect it, a touch up was required and accomplished with the use of a swiss army knife for deburring.
