Fine Tunable/Oilable Ultimaker End Caps

I had some significant problems with friction on my brand new Ultimaker Original, so I started searching around and found @MoonCactus's convenient adjustable end caps at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:54075. Since I only use PLA, I thought this modification would make it even more durable. When looking through @MoonCactus's other end caps, I also liked the ones with a hole to allow for easy lubrication of the bearings. However, this option wasn't available on his adjustable version, so this is simply an update to his design with an added hole.
