This design is lightweight and features fewer parts, making it suitable for 3D manufacturing. According to the specification, weight must be reduced (by using materials with lower density), while strength should be high (with a higher Young's modulus). The performance index M is calculated as E/p(density). For the pillars, carbon fiber is chosen for its high strength, and for the chassis, aluminum 4032-T6 is used due to its high elastic modulus and other material properties like tensile and yield strength, thermal conductivity, etc., as well as its low density, which contributes to a reduced weight of 141.03 grams (excluding nuts and bolts). The center of mass (COM) is at x=0, y=0, z=49.27 mm. The upper and bottom parts can be separated for easy printing, while other faces are combined. All faces are symmetrically designed for ease of printing. Developing such models requires extensive engineering knowledge. Good luck to all!
