I've modified a few cases from Thingiverse, but they didn't meet my needs for the RAMPS box of my CNC machine. I require fine cable management and sturdy fixing of the Arduino plate. To fit these requirements and accommodate two 60x25 fans, a new box was created. This is the first version; I may modify it to have two doors for access to the RAMPS plate and cable channel in the future. The Mega2650 board is now secured in the box using four self-tapping screws (3.5x10) with PETG spacers. The middle box is attached to the bottom box via four self-tapping screws (3.5x15). The cover is tightened with M3x15 bolts. I've included Kompas 3D and Step files so you can easily customize the box. If interested, I use an Arduino clone based on the MC34063 chip for fine operation at 24V without additional DC-DC converters. Check out the open project on chipdip.ru (magonija). It has some issues regarding RAMPS capacitors C11 and C16, which should have minimal height.
