Fine Art Lamps Fusion V-Ray rendering and custom materials come together seamlessly. In our designs, we harness the power of V-Ray to bring our art to life. However, we use a unique approach when it comes to sharing materials with users. For 3ds Max and FBX files only, materials are used directly without any extra steps. A key note about texture management is that all textures for each material in an FBX scene can be found bundled together within the master 'maxzip' file. Users who download an OBJ, 3DS, DXF or DWG file version of a scene should expect to manually apply all necessary textures. These files do not include any embedded textures from our design process. Our primary method for sharing scenes with users involves placing all relevant texture assets into a central directory located at the root level of the file structure.
