Fine Adjusting Z=0 Switch for 3D Printer
youmagine
This Z=0 switch employs a lever mounted on a HDD bearing, providing extremely fine control over the Z=0 position in a 3D printer. The lever effectively multiplies the adjuster screw's TPI by approximately eight, rendering a 32 TPI screw equivalent to a 250 TPI screw. One complete turn of the screw results in the print bed moving about 100 micrometers. A small magnet is positioned at the end of the lever, ensuring it remains in contact with the adjuster screw throughout its operation.
