FINAL ITERATION

You're Not Going to Believe What Happened Next I was walking down the street when I saw a guy who looked just like my dad. At first, I thought it was him, but then I realized it wasn't. It was just some guy who had a similar face and wore the same kind of clothes that my dad used to wear. I couldn't help but stare at this guy for a while, wondering if he was somehow related to me or if we were long-lost cousins or something. But then I saw him get into a car with a woman who looked just like my mom, and I knew it wasn't possible. I started to walk away, but then I heard them talking about going to the same restaurant that my family used to go to all the time. It was too weird, so I decided to follow them from a distance and see what would happen. As we walked towards the restaurant, I could feel my heart beating faster and faster. What if this guy really was my dad? Or what if he knew something about my family that I didn't know? We got to the restaurant and went inside. The guy ordered a burger just like my dad used to order all the time. I couldn't take it anymore, so I walked up to him and said, "Excuse me, but don't you think that's kind of weird?" He looked at me with confusion and said, "What do you mean?" And then he started laughing and said, "Oh man, I'm so sorry. I just saw a picture of my dad on Facebook and I was thinking about him." I felt like such an idiot for following them around and getting all worked up over nothing. But at the same time, I couldn't help but feel a little bit relieved that it wasn't really my dad. As we left the restaurant, I turned to him and said, "You know, you look just like my dad." And he smiled and said, "Thanks, I get that a lot." I walked away feeling a little silly for getting so caught up in the situation, but also grateful for the unexpected adventure. Who knew that following a stranger around would lead to such an interesting story?
