Premise: After having reprinted the original Creality fan duct (for CR 10S Pro) because the bottom was too rough and could create problems, I also noticed a slight deformation of the beak due to heat from contact with the hot-end (see photo) Solution: In order not to distort the original Creality specifications, the simplest thing is to cut the beak near the hot end. I also analyzed the problem of the material used by Creality (PLA) not really adapted to this type of object, given the proximity to heat sources, I opted in the first step to PET / PETG. Conclusions: I observed the many solutions on this portal, very elaborate and complex, choosing, for now, for the simplest solution and closest to the idea of the designers of Creality.
