Final Duct Fan for CR 10S Pro
thingiverse
After reprinting the original Creality fan duct for the CR 10S Pro because the bottom was too rough and could cause problems, I also noticed a slight deformation of the beak due to heat from contact with the hot-end. In order not to distort the original Creality specifications, cutting the beak near the hot end is the simplest solution. I analyzed the problem of the material used by Creality (PLA) not being well-suited for this type of object, given its proximity to heat sources. In the first step, I opted for PET / PETG. I observed many solutions on this portal, which were very elaborate and complex. For now, I chose the simplest solution that is closest to the idea of the Creality designers. It's not the only one, but I wanted to contribute my modest contribution to the community. Thanks for your attention, and have fun.
