Solving the problem of Final E3000 IEM earbuds slipping out of my ears, I created a custom solution by designing and 3D printing adjustable ear hooks that securely wrap around the earlobe and stay in place. This innovative design provides high visibility and adjustability. Designed using Fusion 360 software, these ear hooks were then printed with flexible TPU material, ensuring a comfortable fit and durability. Printed at a speed of 50mm/s, without retraction, and with a layer height of 0.1mm, these custom ear hooks deliver exceptional quality. Due to their small size, infills are not necessary. The inner barrel diameter is precisely crafted at 7.2mm, slightly smaller than standard for a snug, tight fit around the ear canal.
