I modified my X8 RC to allow it to accept threaded SMA connectors, letting me use different antennas. I wanted to keep the stock antennas for comparison, so I worked up these: I call them SARS. Stock Antenna Replacement Shrouds It requires some cutting, soldering and crimping of the SMA connectors onto the existing stock antenna wiring.
