Filter Rocket - HEPA, and activated carbon
thingiverse
Started as a minimalist Enclosure Filter, but fun took over and I ended up with Filter Rocket. Filter uses a 4010 12v fan no mounting hardware needed. Filter head has some room for making connections and connectors. Fins just push on to the rim at the base. (print at least 3!) Mine are nice and snug, yours should be the same and the cone just presses onto the top. It uses (pepersap) replacement filters. Approx. 61mm x 84mm HEPA filters with activated carbon. Google will find them for you, prices are all over the place, do a little searching. The idea was to make the simplest functional enclosure filter possible that also has activated carbon to remove smells/VOC's. I did however make the base a little oversized to add weight and keep it from being top heavy. Printed mine in ASA but anything should work, just consider enclosure temperature if using PLA I printed @ 0.15 layer height to make sure the posts that hold the fan in place were accurate
