While printing Montana Masks from www.makethemasks.com, I needed to overcome the challenge of limited elastic banding options. To utilize a wider range of materials, such as rubber bands, I sought a quick-release clasp similar to those used in my standard respirators. This clasp prints rapidly and effortlessly. I printed the design on a Sovol SV01 using high-quality Sovol PLA material. To ensure smooth printing, I utilized 5% zig-zag buildplate supports for the clasp overhangs. The loops printed flawlessly without any issues. To improve comfort, I updated the base to be longer and thicker, reducing contact between the clip and your neck. I have also provided separate .stl files for the clasp and base, as requested by users.
