Filter Mask 56 mm pad
thingiverse
Kudos to lafactoria3d thing# 4225667 for their initial design foundation! This customized model has been optimized to accommodate the larger 56 mm pads seamlessly. I produced this print on a gMax XT+, utilizing the following settings: nozzle width of 0.4, layer height of 0.2, and an infill density of 15% with no supports. To assemble the device, align the Outer Cover with the Main Body's exterior, then insert the 56 mm pad inside. Next, snap on the Inner Cover, followed by attaching elastic bands securely. When it's time to swap out the pad, position your middle finger at the nose intersection of the Outer Cover and place your thumb at the chin intersection - give a quick tug with your thumb to release the old pad.
