This is a basic housing for 2.54mm (=1inch) optical filters or lenses. The optical component must not exceed 1mm in thickness. An example filter is included, but it's sole purpose is to ensure a proper fit; it serves no practical function. The retaining mechanism keeps the optical component securely in place. Print as many units as you require. If your printer has limited capacity, consider using "Holder-A" and "Holder-B" along with a single "Pin." Assemble the complete filter housing afterwards. Note that the final fit may be somewhat snug.
