I sourced high-quality filter material from Filti.com, which I then carefully printed onto the box itself. To provide additional support for the pleats, I wrapped wire around the box in a precise manner. This specific design requires approximately 16 inches of 2in wide filter material. Next, I applied white glue to the sides of the box to enhance edge sealing. A small lip has been incorporated into the design to assist with securing any additional materials used for sealing purposes. In an effort to further improve the seal, I intend to experiment with silicone and 2-part plastic from Smoothon.
