Remixed from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4222563 I refined the dimensions of the filter holder to perfectly match my chosen material and its unique holding requirements. I'm utilizing a high-performance MERV-16 rated filter, featuring 6-inch pleats that I carefully trimmed down to 3 inches. By subtly reducing the grill size on the mask, I create a snug fit that pinches the material over the edges. Additionally, I incorporated an internal step within the grill, forcing the filter material to compress backward while being pinched on both sides. This optimized assembly process allows me to construct masks significantly faster than gluing in the filter material individually. The cover remains identical for both mask sizes. All applicable disclaimers from the original design remain intact.
