Filter Cage Mount for 120mm computer fan

<p>This cage mounts directly on 120mm fans with (DIN912) M4 screws, using original fan screw holes. It can hold replacable filter mats and closes with the lid.&nbsp;</p><p>I designed this for my mushroom cultivating / fruiting tent to filter the intake and exhaust of the air. Depending on your filter material, it might be beneficial to use some kind of high pressure fan, that is optimized for use in watercoolings / radiators (e.g. Arctic P12).</p><p>The outer dimensions match the 120mm fan (120x120mm), the wall thickness is 3mm per side. The size in the filename resembles the width of the opening / thickness of the filter mat. Add 2x3mm (wall) and you have the 3D dimensions. So the 19mm version is 120x120x25mm (exactly as a standard fan). I personally use the 10mm version with a filter mat for a kitched steam hood.</p><p>Print upright standing. Of course there are overhangs and bridges but overall it should be a easy print, especially in PLA, that may suit most usecases.</p><p>I currently cannot provide a 140mm version because changing the dimension messes up the honeycomb design.</p><p>Please see my fan <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/64269-be-me/collections/95590"><strong>collection </strong></a>with more designs like mounts and adapters for vent hoses.</p>
