Filter Adapter for COVID-19 Mask v2

You'll have to tell your slicer about the inch units or the parts will be wrong (obviously). If you don't have a way to do this, you probably actually do. Otherwise, find scale factors for other units like mm by doing a simple Google search - it's an educational lesson in unit conversion and part scaling. UPDATE 4/12/20: I uploaded a new 'cap' file with tighter compression for thinner filters. This is a filter adapter for v2 of the COVID-19 mask designed by lafactoria3d. Check out their work on thingiverse.com/thing:4225667. I thought the filter area was too small, but I still wanted to use their mask parts due to the good design. I designed these parts to screw onto their N95 connector plate and allow for a 2.5" filter disk made of whatever material you want. The parts are designed to clamp around the outside of the filter disk to provide a good seal. More to come later. I don't have a good filter material yet, so I'll have to test that later in the week. I'm also trying 'foam backer rod' as a face seal for the mask and will post details if it works. None of the parts need support, but you'll have to reorient them on the print bed with the logical side down. The threads can sometimes be tight, so work them back and forth little by little, and they will wear in (this takes about 30 seconds). Don't force the parts together the first time or they could get jammed together.
