I'm not here to promote a particular brand of film, quite the opposite - I think it's a terrible movie, but that's just the way things are. This film causes endless problems with the first layer curling up and forming a little nest around the nozzle, which can be frustrating. However, if you manage to get the first layer to stick in place, the rest of the process works surprisingly well. The ID on this roller is 0.35 inches, making it compatible with the threaded rod provided with the Anet A8. My Solutech film measures approximately 2.26 inches, and it snaps into place very tightly - so much so that it's hard to remove, actually.
