The film rewind crank for the Pentax MV is quite brittle, it will fell apart sooner or later...

... so I replaced it with a knob, which is glued with the shim. The knob will work nicely to rewind the film but you may use the crank for your convenience.

In order to view the pictures, please enlarge them.

Print Settings

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

Doesn't Matter

How I Designed This

Step by step.

Glue the shim to the knob.
Use a file to make a prober finish on the knob. Use the screw from the original crank and attach the knob to the camera. Optional, glue a patch of camera leather to the knob. When you are about to rewind the film, just press the crank on the knob.
