I created this custom film holder for my roommate who needed a way to scan his developed analogue photographs. You never know when someone might require an exact replica of this design. I printed it in black PLA, which absorbs most light and produces better results with the photos. The Prusa Mk3 on draft setting worked well for me, using 0.3mm layer height and fast speeds. The film squeezer snaps into place to flatten the film, but is easy to remove when needed. For best results, print it with the positioning pins down, although either way should work. Supports will be necessary during printing.
