FilletEdge1

This part's name comes from the use of a fillet to smooth out the transition between the 3 conical legs and the bottom of the egg-shaped container. The 3 legs are a circular array of 3 circular cones (I started with 4, but why print 4 when 3 will do?) that pierce the bowl shape and are filleted with a fairly large radius fillet to smooth out the transition between them. The fillet surfaces also provide support for the bottom of the bowl. (No supports are needed for this print.) It printed in a little more than 8 3/4 hours using a print speed of 125 mm/sec. I did specify a brim of 3.0 mm just to ensure good print bed adhesion. There is one small design error in the print that does not show in the photos. It was caused by a quirk in the modeling software I use Rhino + Grasshopper) that I didn't notice until after the print finished. If I make a larger version of this I'll be sure to tweak the design so the quirk is no longer there.
