Fillet Weld Gauge

This gauge is designed to measure fillet welds accurately. As a welding inspector, I created this tool with precise dimensions in mind. It meets ISO 5817 quality level C standards by featuring A-size and throat thickness that exceed specifications. Additionally, one model comes with a flat throat to detect inadequate throat thickness. Check out the added picture for visual reference; the numbers are displayed in millimeters. With B-size, you can verify print accuracy. Two versions are available: one features outward letters suitable for multi-color prints, while the other has inward letters.
