Fillet Gauge Inch

I participated in Maker Faire Bay Area 2016 with my Stainless Steel Fillet Gauge, and many of the suggestions I received were for an inch version. However, as a European resident, I don't work with inches and am not well-versed in the system. To convert to millimeters, I consulted a table and added some fractions that seemed reasonable.
